PhenoWorks Documentation Moves to Docusaurus

The PhenoWorks website now uses Docusaurus for documentation, project updates, release notes, and development notes.
The initial documentation content keeps the same major sections: getting started, software overview, features, tutorials, deployment, FAQ, and troubleshooting.
Future updates can be published here as blog posts while the docs remain focused on stable user and developer guidance.
